These 11 mm aluminum crimp top seals, septa, and autosampler vials are designed to provide reliable sealing and consistent performance in gas chromatography (GC) applications, particularly for demanding analytical procedures.
The 2 mL autosampler vials (12 × 32 mm) are manufactured from premium borosilicate glass, available in clear Type I Class A or amber Type I Class B glass. Each vial includes a write-on identification patch, allowing convenient sample labeling and improved traceability during laboratory analysis.
The crimp caps are produced from high-quality lacquered aluminum, with a thickness of 0.010 inches, ensuring secure sealing and durability during autosampler operation. The caps feature a larger opening design, which helps ensure smooth needle penetration during sample injection. Available cap colors include silver, red, and green, enabling easy sample identification in laboratory workflows.
The septa are manufactured from high-performance materials to provide optimal sealing and injection reliability. Each septum consists of 0.030″ white silicone sandwiched between two layers of 0.005″ red PTFE, offering excellent chemical resistance and minimizing contamination risks.
These septa are specifically designed for demanding GC applications, including trace analysis and extended injection cycles.
