QuEChERS Dispersive Kits

Step Two: Cleaning Up the Extract
Next, purify the organic extract by choosing the dispersive SPE kit that fits your method and sample matrix. A portion of the extract from Step One goes into a 2 mL or 15 mL centrifuge tube pre-loaded with QuEChERS clean-up components, which strip out interfering matrix compounds and soak up any remaining water.
Dispersive kits (in 2 mL or 15 mL tubes) come ready to use, pre-filled with a tailored combination of sorbents: PSA to capture oligosaccharides and fatty acids, magnesium sulfate to bind water, C18e to pull out residual lipids, and/or GCB to remove color pigments — so you can go straight from extraction to clean-up without any extra prep.
